Founder
Manas Dasari
Founder, Gradient Works · Bangalore, India
I'm a Computer Science undergrad, Amrita School of Engineering. I build machine learning systems, developer tools and real-time apps, and I started Gradient Works to do that work properly for other teams.
The studio is deliberately small. When you work with Gradient Works, you work directly with me.

Things I've built.
A mix of machine learning research and shipped software. Each one links to its code or write-up.

- 02ML · quant research
Analogue Risk
Regime-conditioned analogue forecasting of market risk, with self-exciting tail-risk gating.
- 03Developer tools · Go
Sprout

How I work
Small by design.
- /01
You talk to the builder.
No account managers or hand-offs. The person on your scoping call is the one writing the code, running the experiments and writing the report.
- /02
Scope I can deliver.
I take on prototypes, evaluations and well-scoped models. If your project needs a 24/7 production team, I will say so on the first call.
- /03
Results over demos.
Every model ships with a baseline, a held-out test and an honest write-up, including what did not work.
